City government partners with the arts community!  Danbury City Hall has generously provided space for area artists to show their talent.   The City Hall gallery is located just outside the Mayor's office and makes artwork more accessible to the community all year long.  HVCA is responsible for selecting the artists for the year around gallery space through a Juried process.  Independent artists in the Greater Danbury area including professional and emerging of multiple disciplines are encouraged to participate.

• City Hall Exhibit is year-round
• Exhibits are on a six-week rotating schedule
• Jury meets in fall and make selections for the entire year

One the largest employers in Greater Danbury sponsors HVCA's Juried Art Exhibition & Sale.  The center court area is transformed into an art gallery and for two weeks area artists have artwork on display.  It's the perfect venue for art enthusiasts, collectors, shoppers, and visitors to shop for original art.  This event is held in the fall.
